Hello everyone! Welcome or welcome back to my blog ^^
In today’s post I will talk about a lifestyle that I’m truly appreciating and geneunly loving these past few months… I think my life has got to be more meaningful ever since I’ve started living on a slower pace.
First thing’s first, since many of you may not be familiar with the term “slow living” here’s a quick overview based on what I personally would introduce as:
Slow living is a lifestyle that embraces a slower pace of living every single day while enjoying the little details, eating homemade meals, embracing slow fashion, staying away from fast trends, prioritizing ME time and dedicating more time to family and loved ones. It is a more relaxed way of living that aims at giving more meaning to our time on earth while stepping aside from the fast pace of living, chaotic mindsets and toxic competetive vibes that are taking over the present world.
Now at least, I think you’ve got a clearer idea of what the whole “slow living” thing is all about.
Personally, since I’ve started living in a more relaxed sort of lifestyle, my day has become more meaningful and being a freelancer has gave me way too much time to enjoy my day as well so yeah that part is helping me a lot. Slow living is helping me to actually enjoy reading the books I always wanted to read without the need to speed things up and rush the process, I also started to enjoy my morning/ night routines more. Additionally, I guess I became more creative, even more organized as a person and have a more thoughtful mind as well.
Enjoying a morning coffee or any kind of breakfast really…helps us to start our day right and boosts our energy to kick off the day.
Some of my slow living outcomes are:
• Slow living makes my day seem a little bit longer although I’m not rushing things up.
• I’ve started embracing the simple luxuries more.
• It helps me with my minimalist life approach.
• Appreciating my time more.
• Getting the most out of every moment
• Eat healthier
• My mind got clearer
• Helped in reviving my dying passions.
• Feeling more peaceful.
That was everything from me today…see you guys next time 👋

I agree. Took raising four children for me to learn. I moved too fast and I missed too much. I do everything with my grandchildren. I slow down my life to ensure they can see the sea, the lakes and the forest. We must slow down and make each day worthwhile. Wisest saying written somewhere. Do one thing daily, you enjoy. If you don’t, you will regret the life that stole the pleasures from you. Wonderful and worthwhile shared dear Lina.

Exactly! Life is short and we have to slow down so we can get the chance to enjoy the little details and not end up missing out the precious moments with our beloved ones on our way of growing older and trying to make a living.

We must slow down and ensure we are part of our children lives. I do now.
