Heyo world !!! Hi everyone !!! Welcome back to my mini blogging space 😳 … Sorry guys for not uploading for quite a while now due to several reasons and the most important ones were : some health issues ( This one is still rocking by the way 😷 ) ,college, and also because I felt a little bit unmotivated since I couldn’t find a topic that I would rather feel passionate about and at the same time a topic that would fit my aesthetic,concept,niche … That sort of stuffs, I don’t know ,does this make any sense? ! Well I hope that I’ve made some things clearer ..you know ! But.. NOW ! let’s move to talk more about today’s topic… YUP ! let’s get started !!!!
So in some of my previous posts (Daily routines), I mentioned that I wake up at 5 a.m like EVERYDAY (yup! it is the case most of my days ) ! And many of you guys were like : I can’t do that ! ? How could you do that ? Why do you wake up at 5 A.M ? And so many other questions !
To be honest it is a bit hard like to leave your bed as early as that ! That soft cushion ! Comfy bed..OMG ! I can’t even 😳 … But at the end of the day you’ll realize how important it is to go for such a decision !
I am doing this for about 4 years now ! (Except for summer break 😌 ! I am a human tho ! And I need some time to back on track 😏 …right? ! ) .I’ve first started this habit once I went to college since I need to catch the bus to get there on time (the bus leaves at 6:30 ~6:45..However, most of my classes currently started at 9:30 and I take the bus that leaves at 9:00 yet I didn’t break that habit ). At the begining, it wasn’t easy ..it wasn’t easy at all !! But with some determination my morning laziness problem got solved ..YAY 🙋🙌!!!
Well in this post I will share with you few tips that personally worked with me !! …4 years are no joke ! Right ?
1- Set the Alarm At 5 :00 ! (Or whatever the exact timing that you want to leave your bed at ! eg :5:30)
At first I used to set the alarm at 4:45 then 4:55 because I ‘m supposed to wake up at 5:00,but each time I do so ,I tell myself that I have like extra 5 or 15 minutes to go …I deal with them as 5-15 min bonus 😂…So I fall asleep and believe me it happened that I missed the univesity’s bus few times because of that ! So I Quit this nonsense habit ! Meanwhile, I switched to 5:00 (the exact hour/minute) ! So that I know that there will be no time to waste ! You can download some Alarms that contains formulas, questions or whatever that will make sure that you are awake !
2- Don’t think about it !
Just don’t once you are awake just get up and leave your comfy bed immediately ! Staying in your bed after waking up will be considered as a massive waste of time and energy !Leave your bed ! And don’t check Out your social media and emails !
3-Sleep before 11:00 p.m
Well ,Get enough sleep ! Personally, I always make sure that I am off to my bed before 11:00 p.m since staying up late is not good for your brain nor for your skin and looks and also for your body ! Regardless of the fact that I have to get up early believe me whenever I sleep after 11:00 p.m the next day I look really weird 😓😔 !
4- Once you get off your bed drink a glass of water !
To say goodbye to the little amount of laziness that you might pass across ! You need to hydrate your body and you’ll see the difference !
Repetition, rehearsal will surely help you to master the habit of waking up early ..it doesn’t happen over night but with time you’ll get used to such a thing !
